2020 U.S. Army Recycle High Voltage Equipment And Oil, Oahu, Hawaii

November 1, 2020, PCS was awarded the Recycle of High Voltage Equipment and Oil contract (W912CN21D0003), Oahu, Hawaii. The scope of the work included providing supervision, management, equipment, material supplies and trained personnel to sample, testing for Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB) and recycle or disposal of electrical transformers in U.S. Army installations.

2019 Hawaii DOT Soil Remediation, Pali Hwy., Honolulu, Hawaii

February 27, 2019, Pacific Commercial Services (PCS) was retained by Hawaii State Department of Transportation to remove, pack, transport, and dispose of approximately 1,788 ton of lead contaminated hazardous soil including testing, excavation, packing, transporting, and disposal of the soil at Chemical Waste Management of the Northwest, Arlington, OR.

2018 NAVFAC Pacific Hazardous Waste Management Contract

June 21, 2018, Pacific Commercial Services (PCS) was awarded the Hazardous Waste Management Services Contract (N62742-18-D-1801) for removal, transportation, and disposal of various hazardous waste from U.S. Naval installations throughout Hawaii and Pacific islands. Total contract amount for the base year and four years is $10 million.

2018 U.S. Coast Guard Soil Remediation, Waianae, Oahu

May 23, 2018, Pacific Commercial Services (PCS) was retained by USCG (HSCG86-17-C-PXA001) and Mountain Method (Prime) to perform Removal Action-Remediation of 5 Acres at Voice of America (VOA) Site at Maili, Waianae, Oahu, Hawaii. PCS mobilized equipment, trained personnel, material supplies to excavate, pack, transport, and dispose of 848 tons of PCB/Petroleum contaminated soil and concrete debris (hazardous), and 1,623 tons of PCB/Petroleum/lead contaminated soil and concrete debris (non-hazardous) to US Mainland disposal facilities for treatment and disposition including vegetation clearing, site setup, and site restoration.

Agency DRMO Hawaii Contract

January 20, 2017, Pacific Commercial Services (PCS) was awarded the DRMO Hawaii Contract (SP4530-17-D-0002) for removal, transportation and disposal of various hazardous waste from U.S. installations throughout Hawaii and Pacific islands. Total contract amount for the base year (18 months) and two option years (36-months) is $8.92 million.

Environmental Response

PCS was awarded the Furnishing Environmental Response Services on State Highways and Rights of Way Areas contract with the Department of Transportation. The scope of the work included providing supervision, management, equipment, material supplies and trained personnel to respond to emergency spill cleanups on state highways and rights of way areas. Also included testing, characterization, transportation and disposal of waste generated from the cleanup activities.

 
 
 

2010 USCG Debris Pile Remediation, Ilio Point, Molokai, Hawaii

Pacific Commercial Services (PCS) was awarded the USCG contract for Debris Pile Remediation at the former United State Coast Guard LORAN Station, Ilio Point, Molokai, HI. The scope of work was to remove approximately 130 cubic yards of PCB contaminated debris discarded in the landscape 60 years ago. The project included work plan preparations, remediation confirmation sampling and analysis, air monitoring, debris removal, packaging, transportation and disposal, and remediation verification report preparation.

NUWC Contract

PCS was awarded the Transportation and Disposal of OTTO Fuel Waste with NUWC. The scope of the work included providing supervision, management, equipment, material supplies, and trained personnel to characterize, package, label, mark, profile, manifest, transport and dispose/recycle of hazardous OTTO Fuel waste generated from various Navy facilities in Hawaii in accordance with USEPA, USDOT, OSHA, Hawaii State Department of Health, and local regulations.

Pacific Commercial Services (PCS) was retained by Chevron USA, Inc. to provide environmental services to their facilities in Hawaii. Contracted services included tank cleaning, separator cleaning, sludge processing, soil remediation, vacuum truck pumping, waste sampling, waste documentation, manifesting, and waste transportation.

 

Hickam Air Force
Base Contract

PCS was awarded the Oil/Water Separator Maintenance Cleaning from Hickam AFB. The scope of the work included providing supervision, management, equipment, material supplies and trained personnel to pump out and clean 16 each oil/water separators and replacing filters for each oil water separator in Hickam AFB and Air National Guard. The work also included testing, characterization, transportation and disposal of the waste generated from the maintenance cleaning.
