February 01, 2010, Welcome Mr. Mel Makinney to PCS family!  Mr Makinney has more than 30 years of working experience in Bilge Cleaning (barge, submarine, and ship), AST, UST, Sewer/Catch basin & norm cleaning, Oil tank, boiler, and pipeline cleaning, Caustic, and acid tank cleaning, Grit and hydro-blasting, Steam and chemical cleaning, Wet/dry well cleaning, and WWTP digester tank cleaning.  Before joining PCS, he was a Sr. account manager and Operations Manager at Philip Services Hawaii.  Mr. Makinney will serve as a Sr. Service Manager for PCS’ Industrial Cleaning Division. He is a value asset to PCS family.
