Provide supervision, management, equipment, materials and personnel to clean approximately 30 deep injection wells in Barbers Point and West Loch and backfill the wells with concrete slurry.Remove and dispose of approximately 2500 tons of soil/debris contaminated with PCB, heavy metals, pesticides and petroleum hydrocarbons from former Naval Air Station Barbers Point, Camp Smith, and Lualualei, Oahu, Hawaii.
