Provided supervision, management, equipment, materials and personnel to conduct unknown chemical identification, compatibility testing, test blending, sampling and analysis, characterization, packaging, transportation and disposal of approximately 100 items of unknown materials buried at Mamala Golf Course including preparation of sample and analysis plan, work plan, site safety and health plan;
Performed contaminated site clearing, grubbing, excavation, vacuuming, packaging, transportation and disposal of more than 2000 tons of spent sandblast grits, soil/debris contaminated with arsenic, PCB, heavy metals, pesticides and petroleum hydrocarbons from Mamala Bay Golf Course, Hickam AFB, Oahu, Hawaii.
