Provide supervision, management, equipment, material supplies, and trained personnel to characterize, package, label, mark, profile, manifest, transport and dispose/recycle of hazardous OTTO Fuel waste generated from various Navy facilities in Hawaii in accordance with USEPA, USDOT, OSHA, Hawaii State Department of Health, and local regulations. |
